Not at all! Our e-bikes are designed for riders of all skill levels. We'll give you a quick orientation before you ride, covering controls, braking, and safety tips. If you can ride a regular bike, you can ride an e-bike — it's even easier.
Every rental includes a DOT-approved helmet, a sturdy bike lock, and a curated map of the best local routes. Half-day and full-day rentals also include a phone mount and water bottle. We want you fully equipped for the best ride possible.
Yes! We offer free delivery and pickup within the Hollywood Beach and Dania Beach area. For locations beyond our standard zone, a small delivery fee may apply. Just let us know your address when booking.
Our bikes have a range of 35–60 miles on a single charge, which is more than enough for most riders. If your battery does run low, the bike still works as a regular bicycle. For longer trips, give us a call and we can swap batteries or bring a fresh bike to you.
We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 2 hours before your rental start time. Cancellations within 2 hours may be subject to a 50% fee. Weather-related cancellations are always fully refunded — your safety comes first.
Absolutely! Groups of 4 or more bikes receive 15% off. We also offer special rates for corporate events, team outings, and wedding parties. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your group.
